We look forward to working with you on your journey to become the healthiest and happiest version of you. The two key components of this journey are exercise and nutrition. The key to exercise is keeping track of your progress and the key to nutrition is having a plan. We have partnered with SugarWOD and mealfit to help you stay focused and keep track of your progress.
SugarWOD is a FREE workout app to help you keep track of your progress. You can log your daily results from your phone as soon as the workout is done! You can download from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Once you have downloaded the app, you can select which workout track you would like to follow. To select the track, go to the wrench in the top right hand corner, select your settings, then workout tracks. You can select to follow only the Cardio track (which is labeled Workout of the Day), only the Strength track or both! The Cardio track is designed to be done at home with minimal equipment. The Strength track is designed to be done at a traditional gym or an established home gym.
mealfit provides you with a weekly meal plan that includes detailed instructions and a grocery list for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the week. It also includes snacks and a healthy dessert!
The plans are based on Paleo eating principles with a Southern twist and work with your gluten-free, dairy-free, low-sugar lifestyle.

The most popular plan, 95% Paleo with a few non-Paleo ingredients now and again, like cheese or peanut butter.
Favored by many competitive athletes, this plan is 100% Paleo and follows the Zone eating concept. Keep track of your macronutrients with meals designed with the right amount of carbs, protein, and fat.
